How do I know what size to get?

In each of the product listings, each product will have a description of how each size is approximately measured. Due note there can be very minor sizing differences in each hat due to it being hand sewn.

Do you do wholesale purchases?

Yes! If you would like a wholesale order for a sports team, club, events or for charity, please contact me at sales@wanderlid.com with your information. Please note with with a higher demand it may take a few weeks. All details will be discussed upon request.

Can I wash my hat and neck buff?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All hats and neck buffs are machine washable as it is Anti-Pill or Blizzard Fleece. Washing and care instructions are listed on each product listing.

Do you provide gift wrapping if this is a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you would like to give one of the WanderLid products as a gift, I can certainly send it with a customized card, and wrapping however additional fees might be included.

What if I get a hat and it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

You can ship back your hat at the buyer expense up to 14 days. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out at sales@wanderlid.com and I would be happy to assist. Please also note the return and refund policy for all other information.
