Orders and Payments

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to lack of stock or other unforeseen issues.
Payment: We accept payment through secure third-party processors. Payment must be completed before an item ships.
Custom Orders: Some items may be made to order. Please review item descriptions for timelines.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier performance.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the returns and refund policy.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are not accepted for custom orders.
