Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: We get backlogged during sale events and holidays, which could delay your shipment.

Free Ground Shipping  (Up to 10 business days)
All US addresses. Your local Post Office or regional carriers may provide final delivery. Processing may take up to 2 business days before your order ships.

Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)

If you are looking for a rushed order, please contact sales@wanderlid.com to make accommodations. Additional fees may be added to shipping. Processing may take up to two business days before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping provider directly to resolve such issues.

 

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. WanderLid is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

International Shipping: If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or delays beyond our control. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
