Returns & Exchanges:

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping) to your original payment method.

Custom Orders:

Due to their personalized nature, custom hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange—unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
