All neck buffs measure 12” x 13” and are made with a stretchy, flexible fit that comfortably slips over your head and stays in place. Designed for all-day comfort, they’re easy to wear, easy to style, and perfect for pairing with your matching hat.

Hand-sewn using high-quality, anti-pill fleece, WanderLids are soft, durable, and built to last. 

Care Instructions:
Keep your WanderLid fresh! Just toss it in the washing machine (cold, gentle cycle) and air dry or tumble dry low. Easy to clean and ready for your next outing.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping) to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after receipt.

Custom Orders:

• Due to their personalized nature, custom hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange—unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

All WanderLid hats are handmade with care! Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. 
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size and destination. Tracking info will be emailed once your hat is on the way.
